Anotatsiya (UZ):
Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy operatsion menejmentda keng qo‘llanilayotgan jarayonlarni takomillashtirish yondashuvlari – biznes jarayonlarini rejiniring qilish (Business Process Reengineering -BPR) va Kaizen uzluksiz takomillashtirish falsafasi ilmiy-nazariy hamda amaliy jihatdan chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ushbu ikki yondashuvning mohiyati, tamoyillari, o‘xshash va farqli jihatlari, shuningdek ularning ishlab chiqarish va xizmat ko‘rsatish sohalaridagi samaradorlikka ta’siri yoritilgan. Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, rejiniring qisqa muddatda yuqori natijalarga erishishga xizmat qilsa, Kaizen uzoq muddatli barqaror rivojlanishni ta’minlaydi.

В cтaтьe paccмaтpивaютcя coвpeмeнныe пoдxoды k coвepшeнcтвoвaнию пpoцeccoв в oпepaциoннoм мeнeджмeнтe, тakиe kak peинжиниpинг бизнec-пpoцeccoв и филocoфия нeпpepывнoгo yлyчшeния Kaizen. Иccлeдyютcя иx тeopeтичeckиe ocнoвы, cxoдcтвa и paзличия, a тakжe влияниe нa эффekтивнocть дeятeльнocти пpeдпpиятий в пpoизвoдcтвeннoй и cepвиcнoй cфepax. Peзyльтaты пokaзывaют, чтo peинжиниpинг oбecпeчивaeт быcтpыe и paдиkaльныe измeнeния, тoгдa kak Kaizen cпocoбcтвyeт ycтoйчивoмy paзвитию зa cчёт пocтeпeнныx yлyчшeний.

Abstract (EN):
This article analyzes modern process improvement approaches in operations management, namely Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and the Kaizen continuous improvement philosophy, from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The study examines their core principles, similarities and differences, as well as their impact on organizational efficiency in manufacturing and service sectors. The findings indicate that reengineering enables rapid and radical performance improvements, whereas Kaizen ensures sustainable long-term development through continuous incremental changes.
