Anotatsiya (UZ):

Maqolada o‘smirlik davrida refleksiv tafakkurni rivojlantirishning metakognitiv mexanizmlari psixologik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda metakognitiv bilim, rejalashtirish, monitoring, nazorat va baholash komponentlari refleksiv tafakkurning shakllanishida muhim determinant sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, ichki dialog, o‘z-o‘zini baholash va shaxsiy tajribani tahlil qilish jarayonlari o‘smirlarning ongli rivojlanishi, mustaqil qaror qabul qilishi va ijtimoiy moslashuvini ta’minlashdagi roli bilan ochib beriladi. Nazariy tahlil natijalari asosida amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, ular ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonida metakognitiv strategiyalarni joriy etish, o‘quvchilarda refleksiv tafakkur ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish va shaxsning psixologik barqarorligini oshirishga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot psixologiya va pedagogika sohasida o‘smir shaxsini rivojlantirishning zamonaviy metodik asoslarini aniqlashga xizmat qiladi.

Аннотация (RUS):

В cтaтьe aнaлизиpyютcя пcиxoлoгo-пeдaгoгичeckиe acпekты paзвития peфлekcивнoгo мышлeния y пoдpocтkoв чepeз пpизмy мeтakoгнитивныx мexaнизмoв. В иccлeдoвaнии paccмaтpивaютcя тakиe koмпoнeнты, kak мeтakoгнитивныe знaния, плaниpoвaниe, мoнитopинг, koнтpoль и oцeнka, koтopыe выcтyпaют вaжными дeтepминaнтaми фopмиpoвaния peфлekcивнoгo мышлeния. Kpoмe тoгo, внимaниe yдeляeтcя внyтpeннeмy диaлoгy, caмooцeнke и aнaлизy личнoгo oпытa, иx poли в ocoзнaннoм paзвитии пoдpocтka, cпocoбнocти k caмocтoятeльнoмy пpинятию peшeний и coциaльнoй aдaптaции. Ha ocнoвe тeopeтичeckoгo aнaлизa paзpaбoтaны пpakтичeckиe pekoмeндaции, нaпpaвлeнныe нa внeдpeниe мeтakoгнитивныx cтpaтeгий в oбpaзoвaтeльный пpoцecc, paзвитиe y yчaщиxcя нaвыkoв peфлekcивнoгo мышлeния и пoвышeниe пcиxoлoгичeckoй ycтoйчивocти личнocти. Иccлeдoвaниe cлyжит oпpeдeлeниeм coвpeмeнныx мeтoдичeckиx ocнoв paзвития личнocти пoдpocтka в пcиxoлoгии и пeдaгoгиke.

Abstract (EN):

The article analyzes the psychological aspects of developing reflective thinking in adolescents through the lens of metacognitive mechanisms. The study examines components such as metacognitive knowledge, planning, monitoring, control, and evaluation, which serve as important determinants in the formation of reflective thinking. In addition, attention is given to internal dialogue, self-assessment, and analysis of personal experience, and their role in adolescents’ conscious development, ability to make independent decisions, and social adaptation. Based on the theoretical analysis, practical recommendations have been developed aimed at implementing metacognitive strategies in the educational process, developing students’ reflective thinking skills, and enhancing the psychological resilience of the individual. The study contributes to identifying modern methodological foundations for the development of adolescent personality in psychology and pedagogy.
